SARUM UNIVERSITY OF THE THIRD AGE

This month we held our annual New Year Party at our regular venue, St Francis Church Hall, Castle Road.

Members were welcomed by Acting Chairman, Jenny Mawer.  There followed an hour when everyone was encouraged to try a number of different quizzes.  This they did cheerfully and were rewarded with a glass of wine and excellent buffet.  The Chairman thanked all those who had worked hard to make the occasion a success.

The next meeting will be on Wednesday 21 February 2007 from 10am when David Parrott will talk about "Tante Winnie" and illustrate the talk with slides and music.
