Groups for Next Year
This year some groups have proved very popular – some have nearly three times the number of people wanting to join as can be accommodated. In some of these groups kind people have offered to run a second, parallel group. Where this is the case and you have been assigned to this second group, I have written ALT beside your request. There will be a note in your envelope that tells you what the arrangements are and what you need to do. Please phone the NEW Group Leader to clarify the arrangements – the venue will be different from that in the programme.
If you are disappointed, please look at the vacancies list that will be on display at the August coffee morning to see if there is another group that would interest you.
This really underlines the need for more people to volunteer to lead groups. Please think about this – you can start a group at any time.
