Wednesday 11 August A visit to CHICHESTER with a City guided walking tour on arrival followed by a visit to the Cathedral. After enjoying a break for lunch (own arrangements) there will be leisure time before boarding the coach to join a 90 minute Chichester Harbour Water tour. Thursday 9 September Morning visit to HAMPTON COURT PALACE, GARDENS and MAZE, followed by leisure time and an afternoon Thames River Cruise to Runnymede. Hopefully, time permitting, a short visit to view the Magna Carta memorial prior to our return journey. Wednesday 13 October Visit to KINGSTON LACY HOUSE AND GARDENS (National Trust property) at Wimborne Minster followed by leisure time for shopping and sightseeing in BOURNEMOUTH. Kingston Lacy is a grand 17th century house designed by Sir Roger Pratt. The house contains an outstanding picture collection with works by Rubens, Titian, Van Dyck and Lely. The Spanish Room in gilded leather and gilded ceiling, brought from the Contarini Palace in Venice, is a special feature. We have secured seats for a performance of Mozart's MAGIC FLUTE on Thursday 25 November 2010 when we step into Mozart's wonderful world of make believe. Performance starts at 7.15 pm.
