Here is where it all happens.
Top left is the hot water.
This is fed to the hopper to the right. Here the malt and hops are added.
This is fed into the wood clad vat below at 65 deg C +or- 2 deg C
Finally it passes through the heat exchanger bottom left to be fed to the mash tubs.
